Assemblies

Together with the schools senior management timetable for assemblies, MaD in schools provide lively and engaging assemblies throughout the year. Supporting the school curriculum we lead various kinds of assemblies from junior to senior.

Our assemblies carry a moral and Christian lesson. Something that has been well received in many schools by pupils and staff alike.

We have all our own audio visual equipment that has been PAT tested for peace of mind.

At Mad Ministries we sometimes use puppetry in our assemblies; here is an example of what we have done for Easter, hope you enjoy the songs!

After School Clubs

Our Kids Alive clubs run after school between 3pm-4pm. They are a mixer of games, stories, crafts and songs. These are provided normally for P4-P7 but we have lowered the age to accommodate certain schools. Please contact us for more details.

Inter-Schools Bible Quiz

Each year MAD in Schools, together with others run a very competitive Bible quiz between a number of primary schools throughout North Lanarkshire.

Teams consist of six P6/P7 pupils who are required to read a number of selected Bible passages and then come together to test their knowledge against each other in the hope that they will become that year's Bible quiz champions!

If your school would like to compete you would be most welcome. Please contact us for details of our next competition.

See our photo gallery page for pictures of our last quiz.

RME Support

The Scottish Executive requires Christianity to be taught in our schools as well as all other major faiths.

As specialists in Christianity we provide RME support in the classroom leading lessons on subjects like; Why Christians believe... Who wrote the Bible... Creation... and other exciting stuff!

Where possible we can also provide lesson materials.
